Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that leads you into the space between wakefulness and sleep, where your body can rest deeply while awareness remains present.
This practice invites physical, mental, and emotional tension to dissolve, creating space for nervous system regulation, rejuvenation, and a profound sense of harmony and inner peace.
Because awareness remains present throughout the practice, Yoga Nidra is more than just deep rest (though it can feel as though you’ve been asleep for hours). It offers an opportunity to connect with yourself in a quieter, more conscious way, becoming aware of the subtler aspects of being that often remain untouched in the busyness of daily life.

Private Yoga Nidra sessions are a personalised invitation into conscious relaxation and profound rest.
Usually practised lying down in complete comfort (or seated if needed), there is no effort required physically or mentally, other than following the sound of my voice.
Each session is intuitively created to support what you need, whether that’s nervous system support, stress relief, emotional replenishment, or a space to just be you.
Yoga Nidra is a practice I hold with deep reverence. It is both an honour and a joy to guide people through these quieter, subtler layers of being into spaces where profound rest, insight, and peaceful presence become more accessible.
