Whether you’re drawn to the mindful movement of Hatha Flow, the sacred stillness of Yin, or the deeply restorative embrace of Radiant Rest, each practice supports you to embody balanced wellbeing and radiant presence.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow is a practice of balance, strength, and flow - inviting harmony between body and mind.
Combining grounding, steady poses with mindful flowing sequences that cultivate fluidity, ease, and embodied awareness.
Each session supports your nervous system to settle and your energy to flow in a balanced way, and we close with a guided relaxation or meditation.

Investment: $120 / 60 min | $180 / 90 min
Location: Orewa or online via Zoom

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is an invitation to sloooow down, to soften the effort and meet yourself beneath the fluctuations of the mind. Holding poses passively for longer periods of time, opens the deeper layers of the body and energy channels, inviting spaciousness, patience, and lightness of being.

These sessions are deeply restorative and incredibly soothing for your whole self - especially your precious nervous system.

Investment: $120 / 60 min | $180 / 90 min
Location: Orewa or online via Zoom

Radiant Rest

Restorative Yoga + Crystal Bowl Sound Healing.

Radiant Rest is a beautiful and nourishing session that blends restorative yoga with the healing resonance of crystal bowls, creating a sanctuary for deep relaxation, renewal and peace.

The session begins with Restorative Yoga, where your body is fully supported by props as I gently guide your whole system into presence and relaxation. The crystal bowls then take you deeper — their vibrations opening a space of healing, stillness, and radiant awareness.

Regular sessions can also support lower blood pressure, enhanced digestion, improved sleep, and a deeply nourished nervous system.

Investment: $150 NZD (plus travel time if outside of Orewa/Silverdale)
