Whether you’re drawn to the mindful movement of Hatha Flow, the sacred stillness of Yin, or the deeply nourishing embrace of Restorative Yoga, each practice supports you to move beyond stress and tension and embody balanced wellbeing and peaceful presence.
Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Flow is a practice of balance, strength, and flow - inviting harmony between body and mind.
Combining grounding, steady poses with mindful flowing sequences that cultivate fluidity, ease, and embodied awareness. Each session supports your nervous system to settle and your energy to flow in a balanced way, and we close with a guided relaxation or meditation.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is an invitation to sloooow down, to soften the effort and meet yourself beneath the fluctuations of the mind. Holding poses passively for longer periods of time, opens the deeper layers of the body and energy channels, inviting spaciousness, patience, balance and lightness of being.
Sessions include gentle guidance, breath awareness, and periods of quiet stillness, allowing your body and mind to harmonise and return to their natural rhythm.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep rest and, as the name suggests, restoration :) Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is fully supported in gentle, comfortable postures to invite the calm cascade into your body and mind.
There is very little movement in this practice. Instead, you are guided to rest, breathe, and soften as your system gradually unwinds from stress, fatigue, and over-stimulation. Restorative Yoga supports deep relaxation and healing, and is particularly useful during times of exhaustion, burnout, or transition.
