I am highly intuitive and have a rich inner life supported by meditation, my angels and guides, and a deep connection to nature.

While spirituality is a guiding light for me, I'm also grounded by the daily human realities (why, is there always so much laundry?!). I talk to trees, I swear (energy needs to flow), I love hanging with friends that make me laugh so much my face hurts, and I have a random talent for poaching eggs.

I lost my playfulness for a while though.

With very weak energetic boundaries, I was absorbing everything around me, and this hit a critical mass during the pandemic. Moving from Hong Kong to Dubai with a newborn and toddler, then absorbing the collective fear and anxiety, sent my nervous system into a complete tailspin. It was at this point that my kundalini awakening really ramped up - and I’ll share more about that another time.

My physical, mental and energetic imbalances, forced me to approach my wellbeing in a more expansive way. As hard as that time was, I knew my life was more than struggling against the shit storms. So I began to explore what that more was.

Part of awakening is embracing the beautiful, messy gift that is being human. It takes time. There are patterns to repair, and healing that needs to happen. For me, learning to come home to my truth, my essence, my light - shifted everything. My body and nervous system let out a massive sigh of relief, my mind gratefully found a place to rest and the intensity of the storms settled down.

It is deeply empowering to turn towards your own light for nourishment, safety and inspiration. Instead of resisting the waves, we learn to ride them and begin to see what they are here to teach us.

I truly mean it when I say that I teach, guide and hold space for others from a place of deep experience.

I’m here for shits, giggles and above all else, light.
