Nourish your wellbeing this winter with an afternoon of yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and soulful connection.
Join Anna and Aleasia for this sacred pause, a chance to let go of work, responsibilities, to do lists, and enjoy the healing and uplifting benefits of these beautiful practices in a supportive group environment.
We will begin with an opening circle and meditation, a chance to come together and set a personal intention (you don’t need to share it with anyone) and ground in the energy of the group. Aleasia will then lead a Slow Flow Yoga class with a soothing hands on Savasana to end.
Then, we will enjoy a nourishing, healthy lunch where you can mingle and chat, or enjoy some quiet reflection time.
After lunch, Anna will lead you through a soothing Yin class with pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation, followed by a restorative sound bath. Delicious!
Join Anna for an evening of profound relaxation with Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
We begin with a Restorative Yoga practice, inviting everything to slow down. Using props to support the body, this practice is all about letting go and being held. Tension melts, the mind quietens, and there is an opening to the peaceful awareness that exists beyond the noise of daily life.
From here, you will be guided into Yoga Nidra, a powerful journey of conscious relaxation. Lying down in comfort and stillness, Yoga Nidra takes you beyond the thinking mind, into a place of rest, healing and rejuvenation.
Anna has over 15 years of experience teaching Yoga and Meditation and brings a soothing, intuitive presence to her classes and events. She is gifted at guiding people into deep relaxation in a way that feels both safe and sacred.
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra - Bali Garden, Point Wells 19th June 2026
Sound Bath - Yummy Yoga, Orewa 19th July 2026
Soften into an hour of blissful restoration; a sanctuary to soothe your mind, body, and soul.
This sound bath begins with a guided visualisation, to help you feel grounded, relaxed and receptive. As the sound and vibration of the crystal bowls wash over you, stress and tension melt away, and your nervous system is guided towards healing, balance and deep nourishing rest.
A sound bath is a personal experience - some people float into a meditative state, others drift off to sleep, and some stay alert yet relaxed. It's common to sleep deeply afterward, as the benefits stay with you even after the session ends.
You can practice lying down or from seated - whatever feels most supportive. We'll have plenty of props available to support your comfort, and feel free to bring your yoga mat if you have one, and perhaps a favourite pillow, blanket, eye covering, warm socks. All levels welcome; no prior experience needed.
