I’m Anna – your Mind-Body-Soul Coach.

With 15 years of experience as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, along with certifications in Breakthrough Coaching, Abundance Coaching, and Spiritual Life Coaching, I guide sensitive souls on a journey of self-discovery, awareness, healing and transformation.

    This single session is a beautiful opportunity to pause, meet yourself exactly where you are, and bring awareness to what’s currently calling for your attention. Whether you're navigating change, seeking support with stress, on a healing journey, or looking for a gentle shift in perspective, this session creates the space to explore what’s coming up and what might be next for you.

    Through my unique approach — blending coaching, intuitive guidance, and holistic practices such as breathwork, meditation, and energy work — we’ll tune in and uncover what you most need to know right now. Wellbeing Sessions (all 60 minutes)

    This embodiment session is designed to soothe and balance your nervous system through somatic practices, mindfulness, breathwork, and visualisation. I will guide you through simple practices and tools to help release tension, shift stuck energy, and reset your entire system.

    If stress has been making you feel tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected for some time, this is a space to come home to yourself – to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and natural rhythms. With greater awareness and regulation, you will begin to feel more empowered, and more at ease and at home in your body.

  • A guided meditative journey inward to access peace, presence, and the light within.

    A space to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.

    This session offers a guided journey into stillness, helping you quiet your mind, and reconnect with the light and wisdom within. Through a blend of breathwork, energy work, and meditation, I’ll guide you to shift your focus inward, away from the external noise, and into deeper states of presence and peace.

    Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your needs — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tender, at a crossroads and seeking clarity or ready to invite a deeper connection with your higher self.

    You’ll leave feeling more spacious, more radiant, and more attuned to the light that you are.

    This soothing session blends restorative yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation practices to create a sanctuary for healing and rejuvenation. Think of it as a massage for your whole self—body, mind, heart and soul — helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance at a deep level.

    Perfect for those on a healing journey, or if you’re feeling burnt out, depleted, or in need of profound rest, you will leave feeling deeply nourished, centred, and replenished.

    My work is deeply informed by my own spiritual awakening — a journey that, at times, impacted my nervous system and overall wellbeing. These experiences led me to explore how spirituality and wellbeing can align in a grounded, embodied way. Supporting others in this integration is at the heart of what I do.

  • After your free initial Discovery Call, where we both get a good sense of alignment, we’ll confirm your start date and schedule your sessions. I’ll then send you a coaching agreement and a pre-coaching questionnaire to help tailor our work to your specific needs and goals. During our first session, we’ll go through the questionnaire together, ensuring we have a clear understanding of where you are now and where you’d like to go. This conversation will form the foundation of your personal journey, helping us create a clear roadmap.

    My signature 6-week journey unfolds over 6–8 weeks, with sessions scheduled and agreed upon in advance. Between sessions, you’ll receive reflection exercises, mindfulness activities, and guided practices to help keep you aligned and grounded. Each session is guided by both intuition and intention — flowing with what you need in the moment, while always supporting your long-term growth and vision.

    If you book a single Awareness Session, you’ll receive a spacious 90-minute container to explore where you’re at and what’s calling for your attention. These sessions are ideal for gaining clarity, reconnecting to your inner wisdom, and receiving intuitive guidance around a specific area of life.

    Wellbeing Sessions are 60-minute offerings focused on nervous system support, stress relief, and gentle mind-body practices. These sessions combine modalities like energy healing, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to help you feel calm, clear, and connected.

  • Each session is a sacred space for exploration and growth, where we meet you exactly where you are—whether that's celebrating wins, addressing challenges, or integrating new insights. Through deep listening and intuitive guidance, I will help steer our sessions towards what feels most important for your journey. Our work blends coaching techniques with meditation, mindfulness practices, and energy work, all tailored to what you need. By the end of each session, you’ll feel seen, heard, and deeply empowered.

  • While both coaching and therapy offer valuable support for your journey, there are differences. Therapy often explores past experiences and patterns, helping you understand how they influence your present life. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be, while honoring your journey so far. It's about creating positive change and moving forward with clarity and purpose.

  • Yoga is not required during our coaching sessions—some of my clients practise yoga with me, while others don’t. If I feel that yoga would be a positive support for your journey, I’ll discuss it with you. If it resonates, we can explore options, whether that's sessions with me, another teacher, or at your local yoga studio.

  • Absolutely. After completing a Coaching Journey with me, you’ll have the option to book ongoing sessions to help you deepen the transformation you’ve started and stay aligned with your goals and vision.

    Ongoing sessions (60 minutes) are available either fortnightly or monthly, depending on the level of connection and support that feels right for you.

    If you’ve had a single Awareness Session or Wellbeing Session and feel called to explore a deeper process of growth and alignment, you are always welcome to begin a Coaching Journey. It’s a beautiful way to build on what came through in your session and receive more personalised, ongoing support.

  • With 15 years of experience in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and wellbeing, I incorporate a variety of practices into our sessions, depending on what aligns with your unique journey. These may include meditation, breathwork, self-compassion practices, energy work, guided relaxation, or mindful movement—each chosen to support your growth and your goals.

    As an intuitive empath, I specialise in energy-based meditation, which can be especially powerful for moving through blocks and creating a shift in awareness. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, so I share and teach what I feel will best serve you in that moment.

We will chat about where you’re at right now, what you’re looking for, and explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
