When you work with me, you'll be held in a space that honours your full humanness — mind, body, and soul. My guidance comes from 15 years as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, certifications in Breakthrough & Abundance Coaching, and Spiritual Life Coaching, as well as deep personal experience and intuitive connection.
As a highly sensitive person and intuitive empath, I use my own gifts to help you explore and celebrate yours. My intention is to support you to come home to yourself, help you discover genuine soul-led wellbeing, so you can share your light in a way that feels empowering and true.

Awareness Session – 90 minutes
These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to pause, meet yourself exactly where you are, and bring awareness to what's currently calling for your attention. Whether you're navigating change, seeking support with stress, on a healing journey, looking for a gentle shift in perspective, or ready to explore a connection with your higher self, an Awareness Session is the sacred container you need.
Through my unique approach — blending coaching, intuitive guidance, and holistic practices such as meditation, breath work, mindfulness and energy work — we'll tune in and uncover what you most need to know right now. I'll guide you to a place of presence, helping you connect with your light, a sanctuary of clarity, wisdom, and peace.

These sessions are the perfect way to integrate awareness, grounding, presence and peace into your daily life. Whether you're dealing with ongoing overstimulation, overthinking and indecision, struggling with absorbing other people's energy, or you want to explore your connection with your higher self, Presence Sessions offer a sacred space to shift these patterns and return to your center.
My approach blends coaching with intuitive guidance, and holistic practices such as meditation, breath work, mindfulness, visualisation, sound healing and energy work as well as gentle practices to soothe your nervous system. Each session meets you where you are - a nourishing space to quiet your mind, strengthen your boundaries, and embody the magic of peaceful presence. This is your guided pathway back home, to you.
Investment: 30 mins = $100 NZD | 60 mins = $175 NZD | 90 mins = $225
Longer sessions (90 min) are best for monthly/bi-monthly work, and shorter sessions (30-60 min) for weekly/fortnightly support. Unsure which suits you? Please reach out and we can discuss what will work best.

A deeply nourishing session of sound healing and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).
This soothing session begins with crystal bowl sound healing, followed by Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) to create a sanctuary for healing and rejuvenation. Think of it as a massage for your whole self—body, mind, heart and soul — helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance at a deep level.
Perfect for those on a healing journey, or if you’re feeling burnt out, depleted, or in need of profound rest, you will leave feeling deeply nourished, centred, and replenished.
Session is 45 minutes - $125NZD. Available online, or in-person.

I call myself a Mind-Body-Soul Coach. With 15 years of experience as a Yoga Alliance certified yoga and meditation teacher, and certifications in Breakthrough, Abundance, and Spiritual Life Coaching, I serve as a sacred space holder and holistic guide.
My work is deeply informed by my own spiritual awakening — a journey that, at times, impacted my nervous system and overall wellbeing. These experiences led me to explore how spirituality and wellbeing can align in a grounded, embodied way. Supporting others in this integration is at the heart of what I do.
As an intuitive empath, I use my own gifts to help clients recognise and honour theirs. I’m here to support you in connecting to your light, building your inner resources, understanding your higher purpose, and creating meaningful daily rituals that invite ease, flow, expansion, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

The first step is a 90 minute Awareness Session, which can be done in person or online. Once we have confirmed a time, I will send you a link to an online form which will help me understand what you are looking for in our work together.
If you would like ongoing support, you can choose from 30 minute or 60 minute Presence Sessions. While both coaching and therapy offer valuable support for your journey, there are differences. Therapy often explores past experiences and patterns, helping you understand how they influence your present life. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be, while honoring your journey so far. It's about creating positive change and moving forward with clarity and purpose.

Yoga is not required during our coaching sessions—some of my clients practise yoga with me, while others don’t. If I feel that yoga would be a positive support for your journey, I’ll discuss it with you. If it resonates, we can explore options, whether that's sessions with me, another teacher, or at your local yoga studio.
