I’m Anna - and with 15 years of experience as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, along with certifications in Breakthrough Coaching, Abundance Coaching, and Spiritual Life Coaching, I guide people on a journey of self-discovery, awareness, and transformation.
Are you ready to transform stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt into clarity, embodied wisdom, and blissful presence? Through a unique blend of coaching, guided meditation, breath work, relaxation, visualisation, and somatic practices, I help people quiet the noise, strengthen energetic boundaries, heal their nervous system and align with their higher self.

In-person sessions are held at The Light House — a soulful, light-filled space in Orewa, Auckland. Surrounded by nature, it is a beautiful little sanctuary for connection, insight and healing.
